What is this site all about?

I created and published this site to highlight some of the strongest skills I have to offer to a Denver Nonprofit Organization. Although I am currently serving in an administrative management capacity at the Food Bank of the Rockies, I would greatly enjoy the opportunity to move into a nonprofit organization where my uncommon communications skills and my abilities to cultivate key relationships will be crucial in building capacity. I am especially interested in joining a team that affects education, nutrition, environment or economic justice issues.

I hope you will be able to take a few moments to look over my writing samples and PowerPoint presentations. They are an accurate representation of the caliber of work that can be expected of me. I have also included some recent images that will demonstrate my abilities to fulfill any routine graphical needs that often arise within an organization.

The kind of career opportunity I am seeking is highly competitive. If you have recently publicized such a position, you have probably received (or will receive) résumés from many outstanding candidates that have backgrounds that you may view as more traditional than mine. I hope you will see some things here that will make you think of me as a fresh, energetic and favorable alternative.
